In a bad place

We bought a house 2 years ago and hired a contractor to add another room on it so it would be big enough for us so we can get out of a mobile home which is falling down around us.

To make a long story short after 18 months the work still isn't done, and according to the city it all has to be tore back down and be redone. I have contacted an attorney but no one will take it because of his past court record.

Any help will be appricated.

We also have 2 girls ages 6 and 8. And I have been on disability for 20+ years.
